Earthline I
Earthline I
Earthline I explores the tension between fullness and rupture. Its generous, rounded volume is interrupted by an irregular opening, like a fault running through a landscape.
Hand-built in black stoneware, the piece retains a raw, matte surface that absorbs the light and emphasizes the simplicity of its form. The opening is shaped as an integral part of the sculpture, creating a contrast between the softness of the volume and the sharpness of the fracture.
Inspired by geological forms and the slow transformations of the natural world, Earthline evokes a landscape shaped by forces both visible and unseen.
A unique, hand-built piece.
