🔁 Return & Refund Policy

Each artwork is handmade and one-of-a-kind. As such, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged.

If your piece arrives safely but you’ve changed your mind, return and refund can be offered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. However, due to the unique and fragile nature of the work, return shipping must be carried out by our partner DHL Express and will be at the customer's expense. The refund will be the price of the artwork minus the cost of return shipping by DHL Express.

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery. You can choose between:

• A replacement piece (if available or possible), or

• A refund of the price of the artwork minus the cost of return shipping by DHL Express

Please include clear photos of the damage and packaging when you reach out.
