Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through this website and are intended to provide clear information regarding ordering, shipping, and return policies for original artworks by Audrey Vo Van.

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Nature & Availability

All artworks are handcrafted, unique, and created in limited editions or as one-of-a-kind pieces. As such:

  • Small variations in texture, shape, or color are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.

  • Availability is limited, and once a piece is sold, it may not be reproduced.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT when applicable.

  • Payment is due at checkout via the secure payment methods provided on the site.

3. Shipping

France:
Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 1 to 2 weeks.

International:
International orders may take 2 to 4 weeks for delivery depending on your location and customs procedures.

  • All artworks are securely packaged and insured.

  • A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique and fragile nature of each piece, all sales are final.

However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. You will be asked to provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged piece and the packaging

  • Your order number

Depending on availability, we will offer either:

  • A replacement piece, or

  • A full refund

No refunds or returns will be issued for pieces that arrive in good condition.

5. Ownership & Copyright

All artworks and images displayed on this website are the property of Audrey Vo Van. Purchase of a physical piece does not grant any reproduction or distribution rights.
